Bestelements is devoted to the growth and well-being of each unique person through the practice of yoga and shiatsu.
 Like nature and its cyclic transformations, we too are connected to the seasons and experience the processes of change within our body, mind and spirit. All of life’s processes are naturally rhythmic and harmonious and if this flow is stopped, our health is affected.
Both shiatsu and yoga are inspired by nature and reconnect us to the elements within the body. They support us through the course of change and transformation and invigorate the vitality that flows inside to help promote balance and health.
Yoga and Chinese medicine believe that the unity and integrity of the body, mind and spirit leads to health and happiness.

My yoga class inspires towards a flowing blend of stillness and movement, guiding you through a series of postures to strengthen the systems of the body and increase mental and physical awareness. Through the use of the breath, the mind gains clarity and calmness and the body can realign itself, releasing any habitual tensions that hinder the harmonious flow of life within us.

Shiatsu is a holistic approach viewing all aspects of the receivers lifestyle, physical and mental conditions and energy levels to help prevent disease and to maintain health. The treatment facilitates the body’s own natural healing potential and increases energy flow, bringing the body, mind and spirit into a harmonious state. Through touch, the receiver is encouraged to connect with their whole self, rejuvenating and maintaining health and well-being.
