Like nature and its cyclic transformations, we too are connected to the seasons and experience the processes of change within our body, mind and spirit. All of life’s processes are naturally rhythmic and harmonious and if this flow is stopped, our health is affected.
Both shiatsu and yoga are inspired by nature and reconnect us to the elements within the body. They support us through the course of change and transformation and invigorate the vitality that flows inside to help promote balance and health.

My yoga class inspires towards the practise of Iyengar yoga. I will guide you through a series of postures to help strengthen the systems of the body and increase mental and physical awareness. My focus is on the alignment of the body in the postures and steady breathing. Practise leads you towards experiencing the nature of the posture and its effects on your mind and spirit. Through practise, the mind gains clarity & calmness and the body can realign itself by releasing any habitual tensions that hinder the harmonious flow of life within you.
Shiatsu is a holistic approach viewing all aspects of your lifestyle, physical & mental conditions and energy levels. Shiatsu helps to prevent disease and to maintain health. I am a firm believer of the healing power of touch and my treatments facilitates the body’s own natural healing potential. The treatment increases energy flow & brings the body, mind and spirit into a harmonious state. Through touch, the receiver is encouraged to connect with their whole self, which is rejuvenating and with regular treatments maintains health and well-being.
